Sarah Palin was given the Sitting Duck Award by The National Society of Newspaper Columnists. An award that they give to the newsmaker who has been most ridiculed. This tongue-in-cheek award was given to Sarah Palin for hitting the headlines for the wrong reasons again and again and again.
Runner up was Rod Blagojevich, the ousted former governor of Illinois who was caught trying to sell President Barack Obama's Senate seat.
